11 HRM Framework Model 11 Conslusion SAS-059 proposed a generic HRM framework that will help to develop a common understanding of the overarching HRM practices for NATO and PfP Nations. There may be variations among the nations on the implementation of HRM system. However, the underlying issues such as recruitment, assignment, promotion, appraisal etc. are common to all nations.
