Mission Statement Our people make the difference. We at NANA WorelyParsons recognize the need and responsibility to adequately prepare for and successfully recover from emergency situations by establishing mitigation measures, interim actions, and a recovery strategy for a business disruption.
Objective Our people make the difference. This NANA WorleyParsons Business Continuity Plan (BCP) establishes the organization, response actions and administrative procedures necessary to resume critical functions after a significant disruption.
Scope Our people make the difference. This Business Continuity Plan includes actions for responders to re-establish critical activities at NANA WorleyParsons Anchorage and Kenai locations. For a business disruption on the North Slope, critical activities will be prioritized by the respective Clients.

If evacuation is warranted, evacuate yourselves only, taking along coats and car keys, if time and the nature of the disaster allow. Upon re-entering the building, do not attempt to turn on computers until ICT checks the system and issues an all- clear.
Fire, Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption (continued) Our people make the difference. In the event the disaster precludes reoccupying the building, management will confer with owners to contact client corporate offices. Senior Management will need information to prioritize projects. Requests for other NANA Development Corporation or WorleyParsons assets and personnel to complete particularly critical projects, are to go through the President & General Manager or designee.

IMT will convene, in person or by phone, regarding mandated or self-imposed quarantine and to prioritize active projects. If office is quarantined, affected staff will be contacted and told to stay away from office building.

Staff not directly affected may be assigned to highest priority projects. Senior Management will contact clients to discuss new deliverable dates for active projects.

Senior Management will compile a list of damaged or stolen equipment, documents, etc.. Senior Management may request support from owner offices (i.e.: personnel or office space). Keep childrens school and/or day care emergency contact lists current, and include people authorized to pick up your children who live on both sides of any bridges that must be crossed. Decide on muster points for your family. Select: A location near your home in case of fire A location away from your neighborhood in case returning home is not possible

Maintain an Emergency kit for your home with: 3-day supply of nonperishable food per person 3-day supply of bottled water per person can opener first aid kit flashlight and extra batteries that fit it battery-operated radio that includes AM stations, and extra batteries blankets copies of your insurance documents

Know how to shut off your utilities and hang the correct tools near the shut-off valves. If you have a wood-burning fireplace, keep a supply of firewood on hand. Review your plan annually with your family and anyone else that is included in your plan, such as emergency contact people for your childrens school or day care.
