7 Take a message Play a message from an MP3 and have the cps take a message. Aim to write down addresses

8 Listen to the dialogue and answer the questions
Who is calling? Who does she/he want to speak to? Does he/she get through? If not, why not? What will happen next? Play MP3

9 Listen again and complete the sentences
