The rest of the screen contains your notifications, alerts and launch points for other media actions. At the bottom of the screen is the next generation collaboration workspace media menu. From here you touch the media icon of your choice to begin a collaboration session based on your preferred mode of communicating, voice only, video, chat or , you decide. This really is “collaboration at your fingertips” . To the far left and right of your screen are the “index” functions so you can jump to a particular letter in the alphabet or day of the month. The top of your screen is “Notification Bar”. It is here that you will be alerted to new entries in your history (call logs, s, voice mail messages) application. Meeting reminders will be displayed top and center so you are always aware of the next event. The status indicators inform you of network connections and ringer settings and finally the presence status and personal message area are on the right side of the bar.
