The Pali term, sati, more properly means – To remember to be mindful. Right Mindfulness, or Samma Sati, is a factor of the Noble Eightfold Path. It is developed through the practice of Vipassana meditation and is the only way to learn to see things as they really are.

Not surprisingly, mindfulness meditation programs are being conducted in hundreds of hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, corporate wellness programs, and prison settings all across the United States, and around the world.
