2 2 Objectives & Guiding Principles Provide SMT Content Admin the ability to publish new flash content on public or private unauthenticated homepage Provide SMT the ability to manage content both the authenticated and unauthenticated pages for all user types This Storyboard addresses 2 CRs and 1 Function Requirement: –CR033: Create a News Flash on the SMT Login and Landing Page Create a news flash that displays on both the login and user home pages. Dual locations will allow customers who are not yet registered on SMT to see the news flash as well as registered customers that may bookmark the user home page. –CR034: Update FAQ Functionality Update FAQ Functionality by creating the ability for the FAQs to be quickly updated without the need to submit a CR. FAQs will need to be modified and added to as functionality on SMT increases. The Customer needs to be able to have access to this information as soon as it is available. The SMT helpdesk needs to have the ability to update or add to the FAQs quickly in response to call volume related to various customer questions. –Twitter Account for SMT Integrated with Information from ERCOT and the PUCT

If Order is not correct or Category is not selected, an inline Error will be displayed About SMT Add New FAQSubmit Set NOTE: There is a difference in deployment for authenticated and unauthenticated FAQ updates. 1.If unauthenticated FAQ set is edited, the update is deployed in minutes with the CRON job 2.If an authenticated FAQ set is edited, an is sent to the deployment team indicating that an FAQ set has been updated and the update is added to the deployment schedule

16 16 P3 Issues SMT News Flash, FAQs and Twitter Authoring of FAQs will either have to be done completely in HTML to hold links or with no HTML

17 17 Twitter Account for SMT Integrated with Information from ERCOT and the PUCT NOTE: SMT already has a Twitter account 1.SMT needs to assign an owner/author of the Twitter account 2.This Twitter account can be used in place of or in addition to SMT
