Page IDENTATRONICS DEALER SUMMIT - CONFIDENTIAL 3 Big Benefits of Networked Card Printing Efficiency Printer sharing and multi-printer throughput Minimal Downtime Spares ready to go on the network Flexibility PC workstation and printer in different locations Remote printer management Wireless printing capabilities

Page IDENTATRONICS DEALER SUMMIT - CONFIDENTIAL Efficiency and Flexibility Printers can now be located farther from the image/info capture station Expanding on traditional one-to-one PC-to-printer set-up Any number of image/info capture stations can print to a single card printer Each image/info capture station can print to card printers in various locations Wireless networking provides even more flexibility

Page IDENTATRONICS DEALER SUMMIT - CONFIDENTIAL Near-Zero Downtime via Networked Printing One or more PCs on the network can serve as backup image/info capture stations Should a camera or PC fail, the customer can immediately transfer to a backup station With multiple printers, printing can continue when a ribbon is being replaced or the card hopper is being refilled BACKUP

Page IDENTATRONICS DEALER SUMMIT - CONFIDENTIAL Remote Management of Card Quality and Issuance Image/info capture can be provided from multiple locations with card issuance controlled from one designated site Example: WAN application allows multiple locations (retail stores for example) to capture customer image/info with same-day card issuance from headquarters Web-based tools allow job log, Configuration and status views

Page IDENTATRONICS DEALER SUMMIT - CONFIDENTIAL Finding the IP Address What is an IP address? It is the printers unique network ID. Like a street address for your house. It is used to send a message to that specific printer at that specific address. A sample IP Address: There are two ways to locate the IP address of the printer: 1. Print a test card The IP address is located on the second line of the test card on a printer with the Ethernet interface. 2. ZebraNet View will display the system name, IP address and hardware address for all Zebra print servers.
