Base Bid: 350 Kwp PV power plant system on two elevated steel trellis structures – totaling approximately 27,900 square feet. Included in the Base Bid are: Electrical equipment associated with PG&E interconnect Site lighting under the trellis structures Grounding of the PV System and structures New striping New protective bollards Re-location of one fire hydrant and associated piping Selective demolition of existing site infrastructure Start-up and commissioning Stocking of spare parts Basic maintenance and monitoring of the system for one year following start-up. Additive Alternate #1: additional 75 Kwp PV power system on extended elevated trellis structure – totaling approximately 6,000 square feet. Additive Alternate #2: Extended basic maintenance of PV power plant for an additional 4 years past the base bid maintenance period (years 2-5) Scope of Work
CAREFULLY REVIEW the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Construction Documents 87 PAGES in Invitation for Bid 26 DRAWING SHEETS 166 page Project Manual, including Technical Specifications and Geotechnical Report in Appendix A Bid submittals must be done in accordance with the IFB Documents Scope of Work
