26 ABB Saudi Arabia Global Trainee Program for Saudis
This program is monitored by senior ABB managers as well as a tutor/supervisor for each individual assignment. In addition to on-the-job learning the trainees will have the opportunity to attend a series of personal development training events, factory excursions, social and cross-functional activities. It provides the trainees an opportunity to work for six months with ABB in their home country or the country of their residence on special assignments that will help bridge the gap between the education and the real-time experience. They will also get an opportunity to work at ABB head quarter in Switzerland for six months, and then six to 12 months at an international location based on the project/work requirement.
