UNCLASSIFIED Small Business Programs VISION: Achieving optimum small business participation by seeking small business solutions first Mission Ensure that a fair portion of contract awards is placed with small business enterprises CONTRACTS FOR: Weapon systems and equipment Research & Development Spare parts Maintenance Other services (eg. IT, Engineering Support, Logistics, etc.) Our small business mission is all about ensuring companies like yours are fully considered for participation in our acquisition programs by assuring a fair and equitable distribution of opportunities. Ultimately, by seeking small business solutions first, AMC will achieve it’s vision of accomplishing greater small business participation and becoming the premier advocate for the Small Business Program within DoD. Small Business is a key element to both AMC’s and AMCOM’s future plans and our ability to perform our mission.

Serves As Principal Advisor To The Commander And Team Redstone Regarding Small Business Issues. Assists All Businesses On Government Contracting Matters, Including Changes To The Procurement System. Advises And Assists Contracting, Technical And Program Managers To Increase Use Of Small Business, SDB, SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, and HBCU/MSI Participants.
