2 Scope of the module Scope of the module The objective of Qguar TMS is to support following processes: planning delivery cost calculation and allocation clearing with clients and subcontractors of transport services

5 Fundamental principles
Sources of Dispatching Orders: primary: warehouse- shipment, delivery; transport needs of others secondary: further stages of transport, e.g.: from Hub to end recipient Dispatching Orders may be entered at various locations, e.g.: Central Office and Hubs, may be visible and performed by more than one dispatch manager, managing means of transport individually... Loads recorded in Dispatching Orders may be distributed, grouped and assigned to routes, so as to minimize dispatching costs, while observing the transport and reception conditions ( e.g. chilled, GPS, ADR, date of collection etc). Managing Transportation Network Considering Hubs on optimisation of transports. Dispatch managers at Hubs organize dispatching referring to their reloading station by themselves.

10 Basic Terms and Objects
Dispatching order is the order to perform transport of goods (calculated into load units), their delivery at a specified date and time, at a specified place, to a specified recipient, not necessarily transported by the same means of transport Compound dispatching order is the set of Dispatching Orders, typically having the same common feature, like: the same ordering customer, the same, common price, … Transport is an item on the waybill and is a transport order, using an assigned means of transport, for a specified quantity of load units loaded (e.g.: pallets ), transported at the same time, locations, dates and times of their loading and unloading. Route is one way of one means of transport, having 1 start, 0..n intermediate stations and 1 end, at each station it is possible to load and unload the load units, the route executes 1..n transports assigned to it, as entire or partial dispatching order.
