4 Mail Reorder Status Introduction The Reorder Status gives you information on available stock, reorder level, minimum reorder quantity and accordingly the next order to be placed by the business concern. By this add-on, email report will be triggered and mailed automatically after a Sales Invoice is made, in order to facilitate the concerned department with appropriate and timely decision to initiate Purchase of Materials and this report has all relevant information required for placement of a Purchase Order. 5 Step 1 Setup Guide 1. Activate the Add-on For Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release 3.2 Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Accounting Features Set Yes to the options > For Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.2 and above Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on Features Set Yes to the options > Next Prev

6 Step 2 A onetime configuration allows the user to set-up the E-Mail facility from Tally.ERP 9. While configuring the E-Mail you have the option to select some of the commonly used E-Mail service provider. Based on the E-Mail service selected some of the fields are pre-filled with Server Address, Port Number and Authentication details. Thus making it easy and simple to configure. In case you are using any other service provider to send and receive email from Tally.ERP 9, the respective details need to provide while configuring the email facility. On successfully configuring the email, the reorder report will be mailed automatically when an invoice is saved. To setup the E-Mail configuration follow the steps shown: Go to Gateway of Tally > Alt + F3 > Company Info > Select the Company> Configure Email Security Alerts > Yes Next Prev

9 Step 4 Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info > Voucher Types > Alter > Select Sales Set Mail Reorder after Saving the Voucher > Yes Next Prev

11 Step 6 After saving the voucher the Reorder status of the Items mentioned in the Sales voucher for which items quantity to be reordered, is mailed to the Receiving Mail Address of the Company as a PDF attachment. Next Prev
