Fitness and a Healthy Lifestyle Many people in America are overweight or obese. Living a healthy lifestyle is very unusual and basically, people are just not in the habit of eating healthy and exercising.
Obesity in America is Alarming People with a lower income are more likely to be obese or have obese children because they are more likely to eat fast food because it is less expensive. Fuducate- Allows you to count calories, track food and exercise, and keep track of your progress.
