31 Engaging Chapter Members Patsy Foxworth Presidents Assembly Steering Committee Western Region Representative & NAWBO - San Antonio Chapter President

32 Why do we need to Engage our Members? Chapter membership has declined across the board in the past couple of years. Retention of members has also declined. In business, we know holding onto our good client is just good business. It is easier to retain a current client than it is to find new ones and it costs less. Retaining and engaging our members will benefit members and the chapter in the long run. For our corporate partners. They want to get in front of women business owners. Where better than NAWBO???
