35 Staffing Strategy

36 Project Staffing Staff Hour Estimate Basis
The Collier County Safety Services Building is final design and construction may start shortly after the D/B firm gets NTP The FDOT made a commitment to FDEP that they would have the recreation access areas open for the September 2012 season. Although this is not possible, there may be pressure to expedite this activity. The FDOT shows $11.1 million in the construction funding for this project in FY 2012/ This Staff Hour estimate is in line with that cost estimate. The Specialty Inspectors are estimated at 0.10 per month. As we do not know the contractor's schedule, there may be months with on time and other months with more time. Final Staff Hours will be negotiated with the FDOT and will be affected by additional information at the time of the negotiations.

37 Project Schedule 16 Months is workable with minimal slack time
