Client Management – Manager / Sr. Manager can add new client to the system along with all the details. Also Placement Company gives an access to use this software online client (Client credential). Sr. Manager can assign selected client to selected Manager. Requirement management (with check list) – Manager / Sr. Manager/ Client can add new requirement to the system. Please refer data capturing screen below at Figure 1.0. We are capturing Client contact, Job Title, No. of vacancy, Position Level, Industry, JD, Experience, Min – Max Experience, Salary Budget, Other perks, Qualification, Location, Skills, Required Certification, Related Keywords, Target Company, etc. information. Manager / Sr. Manager Directly assign this requirement to selected recruiter (which is available at bottom right corner in figure 1.0). Further Manager / Sr. Manager can add checklist for the selected requirement. (Figure 1.1). Sample Checklist for requirement can be Communication Rating, Technical Rating, Current Location, Native Place, Willing to Relocate, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Highlights of Resume, Number of Job Changes, Notice Period, Reason for Change, Currently Permanent or Contract Employee, Comments of Recruiter about the Candidate,Total No. of Years of Experience, Area of Skill etc. Using New Checklist Item button, you can add new check list item for requirement.
Assign clients to Manager (Team Lead) Sr. Manager can assign selected client to selected Manager (Team Lead). Refer below image (Figure 1.2) for assigning clients. Candidate List Recruiter can create candidate list (Figure 1.5) and further he/she can share resume list to sr. manager / Manager / Clients. Selected resumes can be share to client.
