15 FINDING YOUR BUSINESS/FACILITY IN CERS LOOK TO SEE IF YOUR FACILITY EXISTS UNDER THE CORRECT BUSINESS NAME Click Close once you have reviewed the list.

You will need to decide whether to request access to the existing facility or enter a new facility (e.g., a gasoline station and auto repair shop operating at the same physical address with two different owners).
