Background
ITU-R Working party 5A (WP 5A) at its May 2010 meeting initiated the development of a Report and a Recommendation on Multiple Gigabit Wireless Systems (MGWS) operating around 60 GHz
The IEEE received a liaison statement from the ITU-R soliciting input for the development of this Report and Recommendation
This document proposes an IEEE response to the ITU-R liaison

Main changes to Recommendation: simplification of the spectrum allocation text, inclusion of parameters for coexistence, inclusion of receive sensitivity levels, and inclusion of clear channel access rules
