1. Using this template set
To use this template set, first click on the “File” menu at the top of the window and select “Save as.” Then save your new presentation as a “.pptx” file to your desktop or drive. Do not save your presentation as a template (“.potx”).
Select a title slide design from the 6 slides that follow this one, then delete the other title options that you do not choose. In this set are several slide designs for organizing your presentation content, and 1 slide that may be used as a section divider or to highlight a key point. To insert a new slide, select “New Slide” from the “Home Tab” in the navigation ribbon or in the “Insert” menu at the top of the window (from the “Insert” menu you can select “Duplicate Slide”).
The only approved font for use in PowerPoint presentations is Calibri.
The standard type size for slide content is 20pt; the minimum size is 14 pt.
To add an indented line, click the “Increase List Level” button in the “Paragraph Group” within the “Home Tab”
Delete this slide before finalizing your presentation.
