Instead of keeping track of any number of sharps or flats, you bundle them together in one package– the key– and just remember that!

24 BELL WORK #21 10/31/11 In your chorus notebook, write the following notes: Some rules to constructing major scales: 1. Never repeat a letter. 2. Never skip a letter. 3. Flats and sharps never mix in a major scale. A major scale can contain either flats or sharps, but NOT both.

Dress Code Dress code for concerts is as follows: Boys: School khaki pants, school shoes, belt, a long or short sleeved dress shirt and tie. No Denim anywhere. Girls: Sunday Best Dress or skirt with leggings or opaque tights (no nylons), or gauchos or dress pants (NOTcorduroy or school khakis.) NO sleeveless tops please wear a sweater over these, NO Denim anywhere, NOCapris. NO HIGH HEELS.
