The total RNA and the cell lysate (n=5 per group) were prepared from the sorted CD4+CD25− T cells and CD4+CD25+ TREG cells. AC9 messenger RNA was analysed by using real‐time PCR (left), and AC9 protein was quantitated by densitometric analysis after Western blot (right). (B,C) The expression of miR‐142‐3p in CD4+CD25− T cells and CD4+CD25+ TREG cells. The expression of miR‐142‐3p was detected by (B) RT–PCR and (C) real‐time RT–PCR.
