2 Making Comparisons In English, we use several phrases to make comparisons, like “more than,” “less than,” “as much as.”

Making Comparisons El baloncesto es menos divertido que el fútbol. Basketball is less enjoyable than soccer.

7 El tenis es tan aburrido como levantar pesas.
Making Comparisons El tenis es tan aburrido como levantar pesas. Tennis is as boring as lifting weights.

8 Making Comparisons Please note that the adjective used must agree in gender and number with the noun that precedes it.
