4 Patient Correspondence Automatically mails to patient Working on one form that can be subscribed by all Publishes to WebCIS so staff can see if physician has mailed to patient if patient calls to inquire about results.

7 Narcotic prescriptions Lock up at nurses station, not to front desk! Place prescription in an envelope with patients name and Med Record # Give envelope to nurse Nurse will place in locked file on the clinic side the physician usually sees patients (i.e. Chelminski-Side 1/Colford Side 2) Check both boxes just in case Patient should be informed that they will be required to show picture ID to obtain prescriptions. Do not leave prescriptions with front desk staff.
