31About CompanyKONSING is one of the leading national companies in consulting and engineering in telecommunicationsKONSING was established in Yugoslavia in within the scope of Ei Holding corporation. In January 2002, KONSING stepped into a joint venture:COMgroup International (CGI) – USAEi Holding Corporation,forming the new company: Ei COMgroup Konsing (shorter name Konsing) -70% CGI share and 30% Ei share.In May 2005 we moved in new company building, built according to latest technology standards.
4About Company - ORGANIZATION Company management is composed of highly educated technical personnel with many years of experience in telecommunications and information technologies.In Design & Development Department, and Engineering & Production Department works over 50 engineers of different profiles and 60 specially trained technicians.In 1999, Konsing was among the first Yugoslav companies involved in telecommunications to obtain an ISO 9001 certificate. The new Certification in 2003 insures that the Company meets the highest level of professionalism required by the regulations and standards set by ISO

27Engineering & Production AboutEngineering department is equipped with last generation instruments and tools for installation and testing of telecommunication equipment, as well as off-road vehicles capable to reach hardly accessible sites.Engineer’s responsibilities are to ensure meeting deadlines and QoS during Civil Work phase and RBS and antenna system installation as well as health and safety aspects in the work place, providing documentation and all the remaining activities before turn key.
28Engineering & Production AboutRBS technicians are responsible for installing,setting, testing, commissioning and integratingof RBS/BTS and transmission equipment intolive GSM network.Tower rigger teams’ responsibilities include Civil Work at heights and mounting of antennas and feeder cables on RBS location.Ground teams are charged with providing and building infrastructure necessary for installation of RBS and transmission equipment.
