PD-1+ and PD-1− CD8+ T cells from tumor-bearing mice and CD8+ T cells from nontumor-bearing mice were sorted and cocultured for 72 hours in either media (No Stim) or in media with plate-bound anti-CD3 antibodies (Anti-CD3).
