Closing Preparations and Duties 1.Coordinate closing process with buyers agent and lender 2.Update closing forms & files. 3.Ensure all parties have all forms and information needed to close the sale 4.Select location where closing will be held 5.Confirm closing date and time and notify all parties 6.Assist in solving any title problems 7.Work with buyers agent in scheduling and conducting buyers 8.Final Walk –Thru prior to closing 9.Research all tax, HOA, utility and other applicable prorations 10.Contract is Signed By All Parties 11.Request final closing figures from closing agent (attorney or title company) 12.Receive & carefully review closing figures to ensure accuracy of preparation 13.Request copy of closing documents from closing agent. 14.Confirm buyer and buyers agent have received title insurance commitment 15.Reviews all closing documents carefully for errors
