Runoff traveling along the cement culvert has to travel up to the adjoining cement drain to travel to the outlet. Photo #1 looking north. The 25 foot long crack on the used car dealership continues to settle and dirt and dust appears to be collecting in the open voids. No methane gas was detected above the cracks. Photo #3 looking northwest. Vehicles parked on the north and east parking lot continue to travel over the concrete curbing and parking in close proximity of the landfill gas header line and probes. The trench was observed covered with soil. The location is identified with a line and arrow. Photo #5 looking southwest. 5

The LEA monitored the vault for landfill gas. Methane was not detectable during the inspection. An unknown liquid was observed at the bottom of the vault. Photo #6 looking southeast. 6
