Employees will receive an “instant issue Visa debit card” (a Visa card without a name printed on it). This card will be automatically upgraded to a personalized Visa debit card within two to three weeks after activating the instant issue Visa debit card. 3Paycard Quick Reference Guide Activating the Global Cash Card Visa PaycardAfter the cardholder is enrolled and before the paycard can be used, it must be activated by selecting a 4- digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). This number is to be kept secret and will allow the employee access to ATM’s, point-of-sale retailers, and other merchants to complete transactions. The Visa debit paycard can be used anywhere that Visa is accepted by merchants. Cardholders are encouraged to call Customer Service immediately with any questions or problems regarding activation.To activate the Global Cash Card Visa paycard, choose one of the following options:Visit and enter the paycard number in the Activate My Card section (see below).Call the IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) system at (866) and follow the prompts.Speak to a live Customer Service Professional at (866) and he/she will walk the employee through the activation process.Once the instant issue Visa paycard is activated, a personalized Visa paycard will be created and sent to the cardholder’s home address within two to three weeks (a P.O. Box will not be accepted as a home address). Once the new Visa paycard is received, the cardholder must activate this paycard and select a 4-digit PIN number. Any funds still on the instant issue Visa paycard will automatically transfer to the new personalized Visa paycard. Keep the initial instant issue Visa paycard in a safe place to be used as a back-up paycard if the personalized Visa paycard is ever lost or stolen.Accessing the Paycard AccountActivate Account OnlineGo to the Global Cash Card website at Go to the Online Service Center and click Setup MY Account. Select a Username and Password. Upon future visits, only the Username and Password will be required.
4Accessing the Paycard Account , Text and Voice Messaging AlertsAlerts can be set up for Loads (every time money is added to the paycard) or Low Balance (when the paycard falls below a pre-determined dollar amount). This is a FREE service from Global; however, standard cell phone provider rates apply. A cardholder can go online or call Customer Service at to set up , text or voice messaging alerts. *Carrier charges may apply for text messaging.Two-Way TextingTwo-way texting allows a cardholder to check the account balance, view recent debits/ withdrawals and view recent deposits with a cell phone. Set up two-way texting online or call Global Customer Service. *Carrier charges may apply for text messaging.Changing the PIN NumberChanging a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is quick and easy. Cardholders may change their PIN as often as they like, at no cost, by calling Customer Service at (866) Changing PIN numbers helps protect cardholders against unauthorized paycard use.Using the Global Cash Card PaycardKnow the BalanceBefore completing any transaction, the cardholder should know their balance to avoid declined transactions. Declined transactions happen when someone attempts to access funds that are not available on the paycard. Paycard balances may be checked FREE by one of these methods:Set up , voice mail and text message alerts.Set up two-way texting on cell phone to check your balance.View your cardholder account online atCall the IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) system by calling (866) and follow the prompts.Call and talk to a live Customer Service Professional by calling (866)First Transaction Each Pay Period FreeThe first transaction of a pay period is FREE to cardholders.ATM Cash WithdrawalThere are over 1.5 million ATM’s worldwide to withdraw funds from your paycard. You can use your Visa paycard at any ATM machine; however, additional fees may apply for ATMs outside the Allpoint or MoneyPass Networks. You must withdraw from checking when using an ATM. For security purposes, no more than five (5) ATM transactions and no more than $1,000 in withdrawals within a 24- hour period are allowed. ATM’s transactions are $1.75 unless it is the first transaction per pay period, then it is FREE.

Global Cash Card’s Customer Service Center will also assist with finding the closest surcharge-free ATM by calling (866)Point of Sale PurchaseThe paycard may be used to make a purchase:If cardholder selects Credit: There is no fee charged with signature purchases. These purchases do not require a PIN. Use this option on all purchases. All purchases are protected by the Visa Zero Liability Policy.If cardholder selects Debit and uses a PIN#: There is a $0.50 fee charged with PIN purchases. This option is best used when you want additional cash back from the sale. All debit purchases are considered authorized purchases.Transfer to Bank AccountAll or part of the money from a paycard can be transferred to an existing bank account. The fee charged is $1.00, unless it is the first transaction per pay period, then it is FREE.Use Paycard at a Gas StationThe best way to use your paycard at a gas station is to Prepay or Pay Inside instead of using it to pay at the pump:Prepay: Go inside the gas station and prepay the amount you want to pay for gas. Your paycard will be charged for that amount only. Then pump your gas until your transaction is complete.Pay Inside: Press Pay Inside at the gas pump. Pump your gas and then go inside and pay for the amount of gas used. Your paycard will be charged for that amount only.Pay at the Pump: (Not Recommended) At the gas pump, select Pay at the Pump. To enable this transaction, the maximum transaction amount of $76.00 will be put on hold on the paycard. The cardholder must have a $76.00 available balance on the paycard to proceed. The completed transaction will reconcile in two to three days. If the transaction amount is less than $76.00, the difference will be credited back to the paycard account.
6Additional Paycard Benefits and Features Using Paycard at a RestaurantWhen using the paycard at a fast food restaurant, the paycard will be charged for the amount of the purchase only. When using the paycard at a full service restaurant, most restaurants will authorize the transaction for 25% above the total amount to cover any additional gratuity. When the account is reconciled, any additional amount not used is credited back to the paycard. If the required amount is not available on the paycard, the card will be declined.Internet PurchasesThe paycard may be used to purchase and make transactions on the Internet.Additional Paycard Benefits and FeaturesAdditional Deposits to PaycardAdditional n/deposits may be made on the paycard as follows:Additional Employers: Cardholders may have one or more employers direct deposit their payroll directly onto their paycard via the “Payroll Card Direct Deposit Agreement.” Employers should call Global Cash Card Customer Service at (866) with any questions on ACH direct deposit procedures.Government Benefits: Receive tax refunds and other government benefits, such as social security monthly payments, child support and unemployment, by providing your paycard number and Global Cash Card’s ABA number. Call Customer Service at (866) for assistance.Additional cash deposits may be made on the paycard by the following merchants. Global does not charge a fee for this service, but the merchants charge $5.95 for each load:MoneyGram: Cardholders can add value to their paycard with cash at 25,000+ MoneyGram domestic locations. Simply fill out the “Express Form” and the deposit typically will be loaded onto the paycard within 15 minutes.Companion CardsUp to five (5) additional “companion cards” are available FREE for cardholders to give to family members. A cardholder may transfer money from their paycard to a companion card at no cost. The companion card has access only to funds transferred to that card. This is highly used for children (especially college students), family members out-of-state, or family members out-of-country.at
7Bill Payment Cardholder payments direct to merchants are free of charge. For those merchants who do not accept a Visa paycard as payment, login to your cardholder account online to use Global Cash Card’s state-of-the- art bill payment system. Set up one-time or recurring payments. Monitor, budget, and manage money spent by category or payee. If a cardholder does not have access to the online bill payment system, simply contact Global Cash Card Customer Service at (866) for assistance. Bill payment charges made online and by calling customer service are $0.99 per transaction. Money is Secure Cardholder funds are protected by the secure use of a PIN, Regulation E and Visa’s Zero Liability Policy. Additionally, all paycard balances are F.D.I.C. insured to the maximum amount. Rewards Program Global Cash Card offers an exciting rewards program to its cardholders. Lost or Stolen Paycards Report a lost or stolen paycard immediately to Global Cash Card Customer Service at (866) Global Cash Card will freeze the card balance and reissue a new personalized Visa paycard. The balance may be transferred to the original instant issue Visa paycard or to a new instant issue Visa paycard, provided by the local branch office, so the cardholder has immediate use of their funds until their new personalized Visa paycard arrives. The paycard is protected under Visa’s Zero Liability Policy. A PIN transaction is considered an authorized transaction.
