Record sales account for the smallest portion of the total revenue share for musicians. With so many artists suing their labels along with the labels suing the artist and even their fans, its obviously time to rewrite the industry playbook. Since many of our founding members have extensive background in the music industry, we most definitely possess inside knowledge of the artist experience. But what other options do artists have? This documentary is about the creation of an entertainment company that provides artists with the ability to earn a living and gain equity in the products they help to create. IMAGINE THIS! 4 Introducing | APACHES FROM PARIS Four incredible artists have chosen to join forces to create some kick-ass music and together with the roadmap developed by our Entertainment Co-op ENÅS, they are blazing new trails. The Apaches From Paris are (and to quote Neil Young), The Bitch that borders the middle of the road. Seasoned musicians at the top of their game, they are sought after by some of the best in the biz. You may remember some of their hits but you ain't seen nuthin yet. Original funk, fusion, urban, rock, bluesand you get close to imagining what's possible when these four make music together. 5 meet | APACHES FROM PARIS Phil Brown Guitarist, singer/songwriter. Phil has performed with such varied artist as Little Feat, Steve Perry and Kool & the Gang. A 2012 feature article in Guitar Player magazine had this to say: If you are asking, Phil who? it is because this virtuoso tonemeister, singer, and songwriter is only just coming into the consciousness of guitar fans, let alone the general public. When Browns first record, Cruel Inventions, appeared at the millenniums turn, the lucky few who heard it were treated to a unique trifecta of Jeff Beck- style whammy work, Bowie-meets-Sinatra vocals, and brilliantly crafted tunes reflecting the artists years as a staff writer. 6 meet | APACHES FROM PARIS Tommy Stephenson Keyboards and vocals. Tommy is a world-class keyboardist with 15 Gold & Platinum albums to his credit. He has recorded and toured the world with such artists as Tommy Bolin, Joe Walsh, The Eagles and Eric Clapton. Tommy is a four- time inductee of The Kansas Music Hall of Fame; and an inductee for 2013 into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame, as a member of Joe Walsh & Barnstorm. He is also an award- winning music composer of countless film and television shows.

7 meet | APACHES FROM PARIS Rhonda Smith Bassist, singer/songwriter. Rhonda is one of a very small group of successful female artists in the male dominated rock scene. She has performed with such superstars as Jeff Beck, Beyonce and Chaka Kahn. In 2000 she released her debut record Intellipop to rave reviews. In addition, Rhonda has toured with the revolutionary Prince for close to a decade; and anyone familiar with the Purple Majestys stringent work ethic know that in order to be part of his innovative ensemble, artistic perfection is a non- negotiable requirement. Redefining the role of gifted musicians, Rhonda Smith encapsulates all the attributes of a legend in the making.

8 meet | APACHES FROM PARIS Larry Thompson Drummer and vocals. Larry is the only person in the world that can lay claim as the one-and-only house drummer at Colorados famed Caribou recording studio. Known as one of the most originally unique drummers of his time, his recording credits number in excess of 300 albums with artists including John Lee Hooker, John Denver, Dizzy Gillespie, Shawn Colvin, John Mayall, Dan Fogelberg, Otis Taylor and Dr. John. Larrys also played on several decades of television and radio commercials. Larrys Southern Georgian Baptist upbringing has carried with him, as he performs with the passion of a preacher and a smile that radiates like the sun.

9 APACHES of PARIS in HISTORY Historically the Apaches of Paris were members of a Parisian Belle Epoque underworld subculture. They were rebels supporting their community by redistributing the wealth in the Montmartre district of Paris. Articles and short stories were published during this time about the Apaches of Paris exploits and there was even an Apache Dance choreographed and performed at the Moulin Rouge. You may also remember the Parisian striped shirt, but you may not know that it was the Apaches of Paris trademark and known as the Apache Shirt, along with a red scarf tied around the waist. After WWII the Apaches of Paris fed and clothed over one million refugees, almost single-handedly! In the same spirit, our four unique and talented Apaches From Paris join forces with ENÅS creating sustainable solutions for the entertainment community today.

13 EN Å S will set aside a portion of the profits from each project to be awarded to special individuals or organizations that have exemplified themselves in some way in their community. Our audience is invited to submit a video telling us about the person or organizations that need our help and attention. The artists and sponsors of the EN Å S project will vote on who they wish to award funds. We will take our film crew to visit the lucky individual or organization as the artists deliver the funds personally. Together, this unique group of individuals realized a need in the entertainment community and collectively created a dedicated network of individuals, artists, fans, brands and joint ventures to help develop sustainable options for artist entrepreneurship. 16 biz model | ENÅS Unlike traditional for profit business models the EN Å S biz model is based upon the co-operative. With various levels of participation, members work together project-by-project, artist-by-artist; creating opportunities for alignment with causes and sponsor partners, right from the development phase of any given creative project. For the first time ever, this allows for the members, the artists, the fans, the co-op and sponsor partners to own equity - through profit sharing, based upon their participation in the artist s project.
