Unit Best Cadet Badge Assessment Criteria At least 2 years in Corps Minimum Rank SGT At least 5 NCDCC Proficiency Badges (inc Fire Safety, FA and CPR) At least 4 other Proficiency Badges (incl Footdrill Silver, Campcraft and ATC) Outstanding Good Academic Records Good Discipline in Corps as well as School Regular Attendance for all activities Smartness in bearing and turnout Contributed to progress of school unit Good Leadership

SCDF-NCDCC Badge (Pinnacle Badge) Assessment Criteria At least SSG in Sec 4/5 Possess 7 CD Proficiency Badges (incl Fire Safety, FA, CPR, CD Knowledge and Shelter) Possess 5 other Proficiency Badges (incl Footdrill Silver, Campcraft, ATC and Total Defence Silver) Passed NAPFA Possess Good Attributes – Conduct, Commitment, Performance, Attitude, Attendance.

18 Obtained Compulsory Proficiency Badges required for promotion to next higher rank Have held previous rank for at least 4 months For SSG(Staff Sergeant), need to complete and pass Senior NCO Course Good Attitude Good Attendance at training sessions and lectures Completed 6 hrs CIP a year.
