AZ APTC APTC benchmark is based on the second lowest Silver plans premium. Because AZ has strong competition the benchmark is lower than some states and lower than predicted. Therefore the APTC that is available in AZ does not go to 400% for all age groups and family size. There are seven pricing zones in AZ, Pima is the lowest, MA Co the second lowest and rural areas are generally higher.
