4 Introduction World Wide Security Organization (WWSO) was established on 26 February 1994 by Capt. V.P.Singh (Retd.) and that one man, one-room Company has since grown to have Pan-India presence and employ over 5500 personnel. It is one of the leading Indian organizations in the field of Security, Cash Van, Housekeeping, and Facility & Workplace Management. We provide all these services on contract. In view of the prevalent security environment, we offer our clients an effective Security having Manpower Management system that is based on processes, better Resource Management and higher-grade manpower with the sole aim of providing the most competent security shield. An ISO certified organisation A Company Managed by Ex-Army Officer with a strict code of conduct. Ability to provide Multi-skilled personnel on demand. Skills include Fire Fighting, First Aid, Lift Operation, Bouncer, Driving etc. PAN India Presence 10 Training Centres & module as per the PSAR Act and SKSDC. 100% Statutory compliance as per rules including rotation Following Indian Banks’ Association’s norms for Bank Security. Security Audit and Customized service. Up to 95% Client retention rate in last Seven years. Responsive system with feedback process and Crisis Management Team. Uniform and Accessories Of Our Personnel Our security personnel have a strict dress code which they adhere to. Their uniform is comprising of :- Sky Blue Shirt with lining Black Paint Black Belt Black Cap Black Dori Black whistle Logo Details (On Shirt Pocket & On Shoulder) [WWSO] Black Button Black Shoes Identity Card with photo Apart from this, our security personnel carry a set of accessories which aids them in protecting your organization as per the ground condition Baton Gun (in case of armed guard) Torch Walkie Talkie (for organizations with larger area where guards need to communicate)

15 Recruitment & Induction Procedure For Security Guards
Recruitment & Induction Procedure For Security Guards Aptitude test and physical test followed by written and medical test. Form filling & Police verification. Personal Interview Training in Basics (3 to 8 weeks) depending upon State Rules. On-job training (3 to 6 months, depending on requirement)- In the 1st week of on-job training, there is industry-specific induction program Advanced Training (2 weeks)- This training is skill specific, such as training to be a driver, plumber, electrician, computer and surveillance-system operator, fire-fighter, bouncer, body-guard, first aid provider etc. Selection for these trainings is based on interest, aptitude and last performance appraisal. On-job training after Advanced Training (1 month) Refresher courses (40 hours per annum)- These courses are mandatory for all personnel and the curriculum involves training on relevant topics based on prevailing and local circumstances and duties. NOTE: Separate programmes of a similar nature are there for direct entry Supervisors, Assistant Security Officers and Operations Managers.

16 Action After Deployment
Action After Deployment a) Placement & Rotation- Placement is done as per the requirement of the Clients after the Security Audit. Care is taken to provide the right man for the right job. Rotation of the Personnel is done to meet statutory requirement and whenever advised by the Clients. b) Weekly-off and Leave Reserve- Adequate Reserve Man Power is maintained to cater to casual leaves, sickness and weekly-offs / Govt. regulation. c) Supervision & Checking - We check the guards regularly to ensure alertness, status of light, physical status of boundary wall etc. and send visit report to our clients once a month. d) Compliances (PF, ESI, Service Tax etc. as per PSAR Act. 2005) e) Feedback seeking :- We send annual feedback forms to all Clients and prompt corrective action is initiated on the basis of Clients Feedback and our Visit Reports to improve our performance and we also seek feedback from the client in between.

25 Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility As our social responsibility initiative, World Wide Security Organisation started an initiative through SAHARA MANCH in March This NGO has its work base spread in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The focus districts are:- Hoshangabad, Mandla,, Raisen & Katni and have Vocational Training centers in other districts as well. The thematic areas of activities of Sahara Manch are – Rehabilitation of Handicapped / Disabled Vocational Training Impact Assessments & Surveys Research and Studies Creating Awareness Social Enterprise Creation. Income Generation Activities for improved livelihood; Health and Sanitation; De-addiction; Women Empowerment; Literacy, including non-formal education (NFE) Environmental issues The primary beneficiaries of its activities include people belonging to Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Women, Children, Small & Marginal farmers, Families living below poverty line, Slum Dwellers and other deprived sections of society. Our major focus is to improve the lifestyle of 18,000 families spread in above mentioned 4 distrticts and we have been doing so from last 5 years continuously. We have the experience of working in DPIP, MPRLP and other leading projects of Madhya Pradesh and currently we are working in Tejaswini Project in Tehsil - Nainpur, Distt. Mandla, NABARD (4 distts.), TI Project, Health Projects, Agriculture Sector Interventions etc.
