Results Key success indicator: client hospitals required leadership with commitment to improvement and control over key management and financial systems. Network approach offered unique opportunities for strengthening mentor skills, documentation, and learning across dozens of eye hospital improvement projects. Network also enabled access to funding that would not have been available to the mentors individually.
