AQP-WF12 Select file to activate the drop down menu. To create a new application select New from the drop down menu.
AQP-WF13 Adding a new source select Title V Operating permit from the drop down menu. Select permit application
AQP-WF14 Select OK to go to main menu
AQP-WF15 Double click on Reason for Application
AQP-WF16 Enter reasons + any other relevant information.
AQP-WF17 Double click on Facility Profile (General)
AQP-WF18 Select contact information from the drop down menu Select Owner from the drop down menu
AQP-WF19 Select Responsible Official - mandatory
AQP-WF20 Select Responsible Official - mandatory
AQP-WF21 Double click on Equipment Inventory
AQP-WF22 The application adds two pieces of equipment. Enter all required information.
AQP-WF23 Highlight equip row and select edit details to open the equip detail sheet. Enter all details.
AQP-WF24 Highlight next equip row and select edit details to open the equip detail sheet. Enter all equip details.
AQP-WF25 Double click on Control Device Inventory
AQP-WF26 Control device is one RTO Canister Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer.
AQP-WF27 Highlight control device row and select edit details to open the CD detail sheet. Enter all details. Once the CD details are complete Click OK

AQP-WF30 Double click Emission Unit/Batch Process Inventory
AQP-WF31 Two Emission Units. Select Emission Unit Operating Scenarios tab. Select each raw and enter the respective information

AQP-WF34 Emission unit 1 (U1) has two operating scenarios. Enter all information. Double click to open CD and PT fields.

AQP-WF38 Select Emission Unit from drop down menu.
AQP-WF39 Select U1 Boiler from drop down menu.
AQP-WF40 Select U1-OS1 & OS2 Boiler from drop down menu. And enter the lb/hr emissions
AQP-WF41 Select Emission Unit 1- OS1 from drop down menu. And follow the same procedure as with U1 – OS0 before
AQP-WF42 Select Emission Unit 2 from drop down menu. And follow the same procedure as with U1 before
AQP-WF43 Select Compliance Plan
AQP-WF44 Select Emission Unit from drop down menu.
AQP-WF45 Select OS0 and add tons/year.
AQP-WF46 Select OS0 and add emissions tons/year, and rules that apply to all OSs.
AQP-WF47 Select OS1 and add emissions Lb/hr, and rules that apply to each OS individually.
AQP-WF48 Select Submit from the drop down menu.
AQP-WF49 Select OK
AQP-WF50 The system performs an administrative check. If no errors are found, select certify. If errors are found return to fix them.
AQP-WF51 Certification may be done electronically or manually. For this case select Skip Electronic Certification.
AQP-WF52 The Select File dialogue box appears.
AQP-WF53 Install CD disc in A-drive. Select CD Disc option from drop down menu and select save. Beginning May 1, 2010 The Radius application will be the only form accepted by the Department as official one.
AQP-WF54 Announcement confirms that the export is successful. Select OK. The application is complete!
AQP-WF55 Tips In an Emission Unit, an operating scenario can consist of multiple emission points and control devices, but only 1 piece of equipment Insignificant sources and non-source fugitive sources are only specified for Title V operating permits In the Emission Unit Operating Scenario screen, double-click the Control Device, Emission Point, and SCC fields to enter data
AQP-WF56 More Tips The File\Submit command does not electronically transfer the file to DEP Copy the file to CD-ROM and mail it to DEP Permit modifications must only include the data that is being added or changed Dont submit an edited version of the full permit application Electronic code of Federal regulations - idx?c=ecfr&tpl=%2Findex.tpl idx?c=ecfr&tpl=%2Findex.tpl
