8 PHASE 2 EXPANSION BENEFITS We can begin this Two Story Project immediately. We can Design according to the Needs of AMEC. Two Floors with City/Mountain Window Views. Grow into the Office Space in Comfortable Stages for a total Office Space of 24,858 square feet in approximately 3-4 Months. We Currently have the Trade Workers available to continue the Expansion Process to Accomplish such a Goal. Building Permit is now in place for Construction. We can organize a Development Permit for the expansion of Phase 3 while Constructing Phase 2. AMEC can Maintain the same Office Address during the Expansion Process.

11 A CONCEPT OF FINAL DESIGN Our Architect Stavro Melathopolous is currently working on providing us with the completed layout and blue print schematics which will provide code requirements regarding the parking, building measurements and layout, and various land elevations, etc… to be provided for us ASAP. Upon completion of Phase 2, we could begin this New Phase 3 Construction of the Four Story Building tied into the finished Phase 2 building, as per our conceptual ideas, as show in the examples ahead. For extra energy efficiency of the office environment, such as the HVAC system, we finish the outside of the building with a wrap around window concept to finish the building very nicely, leaving an open room atrium concept which would not affect the HVAC of the office environment, by AMEC having a building within the building, as per this example as shown ahead on a smaller scale.

12 EXAMPLE OF CONCEPT This example shown here is of the SHAW Building, built by Dominion Construction which shows an actual building within a building concept, which could be done on a smaller scale offering a cost efficient HVAC with an aesthetically pleasing look and feeling of Grandeur… Four Levels to be Developed During This Final Phase 3 Project with Window Views and an Atrium Concept as shown in this Conceptual Idea. Exposure from the Deerfoot, and Memorial Drive regarding AMEC Signage is offered with future growth opportunities in the same great location for AMECs future growth requirements of over 150,000 to 200,000 square feet in time.

17 Proposal for 3 Phase Development PHASE 1 – Now Completed with 8,699 square feet move in date April PHASE 2 – Our proposal is to complete a two story office development with a clear City/Mountain view with approximately 16, 159 square feet whereby we can begin construction on this immediately, as it falls under our current building permit with no development permit required. PHASE 3 – Our proposal to Complete for AMEC a Turn Key New Four Story Office building with Dominion Construction with one level of Executive Parking below the building which can be tied into Phase 1 & Phase 2 with approximately 55, 142 square feet. This Phase 3 could begin almost immediately after Phase 2 being completed since a Development Permit would be applied for while constructing Phase 2 which would be approximately a 4-5 month transition to begin construction regarding this proposed Phase 3.
