1. A 68-year-old man with history of hypertension and coronary artery disease (coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the past) with no follow-up in the past 12 years was admitted to the hospital with complaints of nausea, vomiting, and generalized weakness. Abdominal examination revealed a pulsating mass in the epigastrium. A.
