5 Everyone, in particular women, is needed in the labour market. Without day-care facilities for children that are good regarding quality as well as quantity, they can either have an alternative job or children In addition, it has socially unacceptable consequences – either short-term or long- term. So CARE + EDUCATION of children

6 We cannot afford not to invest there: Perry-Preschool-Study reveals the price/performance ratio of 1$: 7.1$ (at the age of 27) and 1$: 17.07$ (at the age of 40) (including 12.90$ for the general public and 4.17$ for the individual.) As for the parental contribution: - Who can afford it? - When is it worth to go to work with respect to the nursing costs? Is it desirable/allowed to admit any social differentiation regarding the price?
