Implied Consent Law – When driving on Illinois roadways, you automatically give your consent to submit to certain tests following arrest for DUI B. *List 3 ways your license will be suspended after you have been arrested for DUI. 1. BAC over.08, 6 month suspension 2. Any trace of a controlled substance, 6 month suspension 3. Refuse to take a breath test, 1 year suspension C. Zero Tolerance Suspension – will remove the driving privilege of any person under the age of 21 who is caught driving with ANY trace of alcohol or in drugs in their system
