3. “You have sent to John, and he has borne witness to the truth” (John 5:33). “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). “But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God” (John 8:40). “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him” (John 8:44).

4. “But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me” (8:45)

And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me?” (John 8:46). “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. 6. “If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth” (1 John 1:6). “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us” (1 John 1:8). “He who says, ‘I know Him,’ and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him” (1 John 2:4). “I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth” (1 John 2:21).

7. “We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error” (1 John 4:6). “The elder, to the elect lady and her children, whom I love in truth, and not only I, but also all those who have known the truth, because of the truth which abides in us and will be with us forever: Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. There is no church other than His blood-bought church (Ephesians+4:4)
His blood purchased only a certain church
His blood did not purchase just any church that does anything
Jesus’ blood purchased the church that:
Was established and detailed in the New Testament
Wears and honors a name found in the New Testament
Is organized according to the instructions in the New Testament
Worships according to the pattern in the New Testament
Teaches the plan of salvation taught and practiced in the New Testament

12. #3: The Blood of Jesus PURIFIES YOUR SOUL WHEN YOU OBEY THE TRUTH (1 Pet. 1:22)
You must believe that Jesus is God’s Son (Roman 10:10)
You must repent of your sins and turn to God (Acts 3:19)
You must confess your faith in Jesus (Romans 10:9)
You must be immersed into Christ (Galatians 3:27+Eph. 5:25-27)
God will forgive all your sins and add you to His church (Acts 2:38-47)
God will register you in heaven (Heb. 12:23)
You must walk faithfully with Him to keep cleansed (1 John 1:7)
