37 May 2017 FRD Maturity - Freeze During the March meeting group committed (motion) to bring the FRD to maturity. TG approved timelines reflect FRD freeze post May meeting. Options to consider: Consider the FRD sufficiently mature to go to freeze and focus on development of SFD (current timelines). Continue developing the FRD and reflect that by delaying the TG timelines. Consider the FRD complete and move to comment collection of FRD to be resolved in the July meeting, where these are considered and FRD goes to final version past that meeting – depending on level of comments delay possibly absorbed on other activities. Discussion…. Jonathan Segev, Intel Corporation

38 May 2017 Motion Move to approve the Functional Requirement Document with additions made during the May meeting and start a 45 day comment collection, limiting the duration of the subsequent comment resolution to the end of the next face to face IEEE WG meeting. 52 802.11 Template Instructions 4/4 Recommendations
May 2017 doc.: IEEE /0534r0 May 2017 Template Instructions 4/4 Recommendations a) Always create a new presentation using the template, rather than using someone else's presentation. b) For quick and easy creation of new submissions, place the template files in the template folder area on your computer. Typical locations are: c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\802.11, or c:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\802.11 To create a new submission from within PowerPoint, menu select File, New, then select the appropriate template file. c) When you update or revise your presentation, remember to check all 6 fields in steps 5 and 6 for the correct values. rev: Jonathan Segev, Intel Corporation Jonathan Segev, Intel Corporation
