Customer Relations Customer Relations consists of three modules; Customer Relations, Supplier Relations and Customer Pension Fund. The Customer Relations Module has four sub modules Suspect Database, Prospect Database Customer Relations Manager and Customer Loans. Customers / Suppliers may be companies or individuals. Once created in the Customer Relations these details can be selected in all modules. HRSE001-01

Customer Relations The modules keep information on the company or individual in a series of buttons covering the Company, Office, Contacts, Contracts, Incidents and Accounts. HRSE001-01

Customer Relations The Pensions Manager is used for Customer Pensions and has Settings for the rules of each pension scheme. A Payroll Assistant is used to pay pensions on a monthly basis which is spreadsheet based. HRSE001-01
