Fig. 2. A 36-year-old woman underwent right breast-conserving surgery due to invasive ductal cancer seven months prior. A mediolateral oblique mammography (A) demonstrates postoperative changes in both the right breast and axilla, without any abnormal postoperative findings. Ultrasonography was perfomed on the same day and shows multiple enlarged lymph nodes (arrows) at the right axilla level I (B) and II (C), proven to be metastatic lymph nodes by ultrasonogram-guided fine needle aspiration.
