1. L'Antica Tenuta is a historic farmstead with hundred-year-old olive grove situated on the slopes of the Gargano national park half an hour from the sea.

The original structure, dating from the 1700s, has been subject to careful restoration, using only traditional and natural materials such as stone, wood and iron, as well as recovering the old furniture. The farmhouse has a total surface area of 1402 m2 spread over three levels. Currently intended for use as a private residence and location for events, the interior hosts the reception, six restaurant areas, professional kitchens, five living/sitting rooms, eleven bedrooms, utility rooms, church (consecrated) and twelve bathrooms.

10. Adjacent to the farmstead is a building comprised of three bedrooms and a bathroom.

11. The Wellness Center is in a panoramic position with a view of the pool and of Tavoliere and has a sauna, Turkish bath, hydro massage, multi-sensory shower, Kneipp bath and three bathrooms.

12. The Grounds
This prestigious estate is surrounded by over 43 hectares of land, of which 42 has ancient olive trees. In the grounds surrounding the buildings there are paved areas intended for relaxation with sofas and seating, a pretty landscaped garden, with the swimming pool and gazebos that create pleasant shaded areas with beach chairs and loungers, the bar, and finally a car park.

15. Further buildings
Next to the swimming pool there is also a small building, of 60 m2 adapted into a bar with bathroom. The property includes two storerooms/storehouses. There are two utility areas, one intended for the swimming pool machinery and is beside it on the basement floor; the other houses the water purification machinery and electricity box.

16. Location
The estate is in a central and perfectly placed to visit some of the most beautiful and impressive places in Puglia, in a short time. In around half an hour it is possible to reach the Adriatic coast of the Gargano, where you can find the quirky villages of Mattinata, La Baia delle Zagare, Peschici and Vieste) or other historic countryside towns like San Severo (21 km), Foggia (28 km) San Giovanni Rotondo (32 km) and Lucera (41 km). The nearest airport is Bari, around an hour and a half away by car (147 km), while Pescara (174 km) and Naples (204 km) airports are around 2 hours away, while 15 km away there is a convenient airfield where it is possible to land a private jet.
