TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional time is charged at R per hour pro rata.
Venue hire is for 50 people, R20.00 per head is charged on any numbers exceeding this.
Please consult us first when hiring in outside services.
Numbers to be confirmed on the Friday before your party.
 Indemnity: Whilst we provide the utmost care the safety and supervision of each child remains the responsibility of each parent and we shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss of life or loss of property or damage, sustained on the premises from whatsoever cause.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
DEPOSIT is required within 48 hours of booking. Provisional bookings expire after 48 hours.
Balance to be paid in cash on the day or eft timeously to reflect on FNB account before the party. No Cheques please.
The party host accept full responsibility for each child jointly and severally with each parent, whether such parent is attending the party or not.
Full payment will be due in the case of non-advisement of cancellation at least two days prior to party date.
I do / do not give permission for photos to be taken of my child’s party for marketing purposes.
Advance bookings are subject to price increases.

Activities are based on the Survivor theme, tribes competing with each other in a number of fun activities including building a shelter and lighting a fire with a flint.
The venue is prepared and decorated with the Survivor Africa theme, you just need to bring along your catering and theme items. The theme can be changed to a Island theme as well.
Please note that we do not supply dinner plates, knifes and forks.
