I’d like to give a quick overview of Dergalis Associates. Dergalis Associates is comprised of a team of professionals focusing on financial services, health insurance and benefit administration. I myself am a Financial Professional, and my goal, along with the help of my colleagues, is to provide you with choices today that help you achieve the future you want tomorrow. Before I begin to discuss the specifics of the products available to you, I want to first explain how the Agent Benefits Program was designed specifically to meet the needs of Realtors.

Our group insurance plans are available to you as GUARANTEED-ISSUE during your New Associate Election Period. You cannot be denied coverage based on health and there is no medical underwriting process.
Group insurance is not commonly offered to Realtors, which we wanted to address through our program. Outside of our role as agents of AXA Network, LLC, we offer Group Life Insurance, Group Short-Term Disability Income Insurance, Group Dental Insurance and Group Vision Insurance. We not only have Group Insurance plans, we also offer them as Guaranteed-Issue during your first 30 days as a New Associate. That means you cannot be denied coverage based on health and there is no medical underwriting process. While there will be other times these plans will be open to you as a realtor with HOME Real Estate, some plans will not be Guaranteed-Issue and some have restrictions on when you can enroll, so I suggest taking advantage of them during your New Associate period. We also wanted to find a way to address how hard it can be to save on a commission-based salary. The only thing predictable about commissions is that they’re unpredictable, and most savings plans are based on putting away a specific amount of money on a schedule.
