Lynd’s Apple Farm – As you know we will be going on our first field trip on Wednesday 10/18. The permission slip is due Wednesday, 10/11. Please sign and return it with the $10.00 fee. Kids are to wear the school uniform. Chaperones are welcome! That fee is $6.00. Chaperones can meet us at the farm. Chaperone’s will need to have BCI and Protecting God’s Children completed and filed with the office. Please send cash only! We will be eating lunch at school. The cafeteria is offering a Box Lunch because we can not guarantee that we will be back in time to go to lunch at our normal time. We will probably be eating in our room.
Please remember to take advantage of Reading A-Z. They can read from RAZ Kids for homework. Just write Reading A-Z on their reading log. The website can be found on my page under Reading.
Children may wear their Halloween costumes to school on Friday October 27th. We will have a costume parade in the gym around 8:15ish in the morning. All parents are welcome to attend the parade. Costumes are to be school appropriate and comfortable to wear throughout the day.
