1. Surrounding the ancient Pieve di San Regolo dating back to the 11th century, Poggio alle Vigne is a small medieval hamlet, perched on the hill overlooking the whole winery

Plunged in the unspoilted panorama, the property develops over 40 ha of land, including 16 ha of vineyard and it may be purchased either as a whole or partially as follows: The hamlet is 1,057 m2 and includes three buildings divided into 15 completely restored apartments of various measurements (from 50 to 85 sqm). Each apartment is finished with Florence cotto floors and ceilings with typical wooden beams and tiles and features kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV, independent entrance and private outdoor area (garden and terrace).
