From: The Structural Role of Elastic Fibers in the Cornea Investigated Using a Mouse Model for Marfan Syndrome Invest. Ophthalmol. Vis. Sci ;58(4): doi: /iovs Figure Legend: Schematic of a mouse eye to illustrate the parameters used in the calculation of corneal radius of curvature from optical coherence tomography images. The radius of curvature was calculated by applying Pythagoras theorem to the red triangle. The height (h) of the arc was maintained at 300 μm in all cases, with only the width (w) varying between specimens.
