Parents and students should use the MyRCS portal to check grades.

14 How does the Pre-Algebra classroom run?
Students will preview the next days lesson the night before through my moodle site. Students are required to take notes, write down problems that have been done in the video and write down a question for me to answer the next day. The following day consists of a review of the video and to address any questions the students may have. When there are no more questions the students get their practice work that coincides with the video from the night before. This is done so that I am there to help them with their practice. When the students have finished their practice problems, we check them and go over any questions. If time permits, the students get a single quiz question that is taken from their practice work. The student can retake the quiz as many times as needed to master the material until the unit test is given. The quiz retakes are done through my moodle site.

15 Pre-Algebra Homework Video homework will be given almost every night and is due the next day. Help is available not only from me but from my Moodle site as well. The link can be found by logging onto my school webpage or by following this link: Logging onto Moodle is a good way to look at a lesson ahead of time, or to review a past lesson.. Students can learn at their own pace
