Early humans had to deal with the challenges of
* Finding food – Once they had hunted out an area or eaten all the roots and berries, they would have to move again, leading to a NOMADIC lifestyle.
* Having shelter – They needed to find caves, or materials to build simple huts or other shelters.
* Staying warm – If they did not know how to control fire, they would have no source of heat or light.
* Protecting themselves – They needed to be able to make weapons to defend against animals or other attacking humans.
